AI - Should you use it?

I'm not sure this is even the question to ask. You're already using it to one level or another whether you realize it or not! While I have very definite opinions on the who, what and why of AI, I have done some pretty in depth research and will attempt to inform with a minimum of bias. We'll see how successful I'll be with that!
